2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

PALO ALTO, Calif., May 9, 2022 – Hercules Capital, Inc. (NYSE: HTGC) (“Hercules” or the “Company”), will conduct its 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders by virtual meeting on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. (Pacific Time). The proxy statement for the meeting was mailed separately on or about May 4, 2022 to shareholders of record as of April 25, 2022.
