PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hercules Capital, Inc. (NYSE: HTGC) (“Hercules” or the “Company”) today announced that Hercules Adviser LLC (“Hercules Adviser”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hercules Capital, has successfully closed its inaugural institutional private credit fund.
